TV series are one of the most impressing screening formats. They (mostly) combine decent screenplays with deep exposure of the characters by making use of the great amount of time you are able to spend on them. As great as a movie can be, there is no camparable screening option competitive to TV series. At that range, only movies with a few successors can reach that achievement - for sure most of them are just annoying. And yes, I am a junkie.
